Independent Restaurant Furniture Co. (IRF) stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the limited warranty provided with the purchase of our products.

General Warranty Coverage

IRF warrants its furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, as described below. This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser from IRF or an authorized dealer.

The duration of the limited warranty varies by product category. All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

Limitations and Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including but not limited to fading, pilling, stretching of fabrics and vinyl, or minor scratches.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from accidents, improper maintenance, alterations, repairs, or modifications not authorized by IRF.
  • Environmental Factors: Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperature, humidity, direct sunlight, or improper storage.
  • Outdoor Furniture: Damage due to severe weather conditions or failure to store during non-season use.
  • Natural Variations: Natural characteristics of wood, such as grain patterns, color variations, and seasonal checking, are not considered defects.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must notify IRF in writing within the applicable warranty period.

  1. Contact: Please contact our Customer Service department at via email.
  2. Required Information: You will need to provide the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt), a detailed description of the defect, and photographic evidence.
  3. Next Steps: IRF will review the claim and, upon confirmation of a covered defect, will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or furniture item.

For all warranty correspondence, please reference the original invoice number and date of purchase. For your records, please keep a copy of this warranty information along with your original purchase documents, such as the invoice linked here: Sales@irf-co.com
